Swags and Jabots on Holdbacks

Swags on Holdbacks

Some treatments just seem to be perfect. Here is one that I love. A simple example of Swags and Jabots on Decorative Holdbacks. The fabric is soft which allows for the flowing of the pleats in the swags.
